The Senior Change Management Leader is responsible for providing expert guidance and strategic advice in support of the Cloud Acceleration Program (CAP).

This role reports directly to the Director of Change & Enablement and plays a crucial part in developing, planning, and executing change strategies and interventions. The aim is to ensure that executives, senior leaders, people managers, and employees across all levels are well-prepared to navigate the necessary changes to achieve CAP objectives.

The incumbent will significantly contribute to culture management, training, and communication efforts. They will ensure that the leadership team is well-informed about the cultural, organizational, and human factors arising from various project initiatives and their impacts.

Key responsibilities include leading the change management delivery process, which encompasses the development of a comprehensive project plan, risk and issue management, executive reporting, and ongoing communication of project status to key stakeholders.

This role supports the change roadmap and planning through foundational, migration, and future state phases for both technology and business partners.

The Senior Change Management Leader will also contribute to the creation and delivery of change management materials, utilizing effective channels for message deployment and refining all change content intended for enterprise-wide consumption.

They will champion and support communication, change management, and knowledge management/training initiatives across the program. Collaboration on the development and execution of a communications strategy aligned with the change plan is essential.

Working closely with the broader CAP transformation office leads, the incumbent will develop innovative strategies to enhance organizational culture, increase awareness, and improve knowledge and desire related to the program.

Additionally, the Senior Change Management Leader will contribute to the development and delivery of a formal training strategy and curriculum to support Cloud capability deployment, collaborating with the HR Initiatives Lead and Learning team where appropriate.

Establishing the overall CAP brand identity and program messaging for various stakeholders and teams is also a key responsibility.

They will create an environment that actively pursues effective and efficient operations within their area, ensuring adherence to day-to-day business controls to meet obligations regarding operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, and conduct risk.

The role requires a solid understanding of culture change and the ability to execute change initiatives effectively within a business and technology context.

Essential skills include strong delivery capabilities and experience in leading change management programs, as well as effective execution skills to ensure successful implementation of the change management strategy.

Demonstrated experience in implementing change management initiatives and influencing cross-functional groups is vital. The ability to engage and manage stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment is crucial.

Functionally, the incumbent should possess thorough knowledge of communication best practices and approaches, along with an innate ability to connect disparate thoughts or messages.

Adapting communication content and styles to suit various audiences is critical for success in this role.

Strong project management skills and experience are expected, with the ability to work independently and be recognized as an expert in their field. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience leading significant change management initiatives, particularly with technology changes, is required. PMP or MBA credentials are considered advantageous.
