Position Overview:
Note: This hybrid position requires three days onsite, and the consultant can work remotely. The focus is on experienced Change Management Consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with organizations to provide expert guidance, consultative advice, and coaching to enhance understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Assist leaders and teams in recognizing the impact of change on individuals, addressing resistance, and supporting transitions.
  • Actively coach leaders, partners, and stakeholders, empowering them as change advocates.
  • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, process improvement specialists, and leadership to integrate change management practices throughout the organization.
  • Design and execute change management strategies, plans, and frameworks.
  • Lead the development and implementation of communication strategies, stakeholder assessments, training plans, and resistance management throughout project lifecycles.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, identifying key stakeholders and crafting engagement strategies.
  • Align change management activities with stakeholders to eliminate barriers, facilitate adoption, and contribute to problem-solving for successful implementation.
  • Ensure active engagement and communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders throughout the change process.
  • Effectively communicate the rationale for change to stakeholders, providing a clear vision of the new organizational structure.
  • Foster consensus among clients and stakeholders regarding changes that enhance their needs.
  • Identify potential risks associated with the human side of change and develop mitigation plans.
  • Conduct change readiness assessments, analyze results, and present findings to stakeholders to inform change management strategies.
  • Implement measurement systems to monitor adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes.
  • Develop approaches to institutionalize change, ensuring sustained benefits through knowledge transfer, performance management, and continuous improvement.

Essential Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of change management industry standards, best practices, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience in creating training, communication, and change management strategies.
  • Ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including senior management and project leaders.
  • Strong conflict resolution, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Understanding of project management fundamentals and project lifecycle.
  • Excellent active listening abilities.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in presentation and group facilitation.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in assessing change impacts on business processes and technology solutions to drive adoption.
  • Proven track record in leading medium to large-scale transformational change initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with project leads to apply structured change management methodologies.
  • Ability to identify key stakeholders and their potential impacts from change initiatives.
  • Experience in developing actionable change management plans that encompass communication, coaching, training, and resistance management.
  • Capability to define and measure success metrics, monitoring change progress.
  • Experience managing change management processes and applying best practices to support initiatives.
  • Ability to coordinate with subject matter experts, including communication and training specialists, during implementation.
  • Influence stakeholders at all organizational levels towards common objectives.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  1. 7-10 years of experience in Change Management.
