Job Title: Change Management Consultant

Hours: Mon-Fri 37.5 hours

Pay Rate: $62.00

Location: Hybrid, 3-4 days per week in office – Toronto, ON M5X 1J9


Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to support positive experience and drive adoption of changes

• Participate in initiative portfolio governance discussions to provide guidance and support to mitigate change fatigue amongst stakeholders

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and SMEs to capture key attributes and impact assessments through the initiative life cycle

• Manage the change calendar for the business, providing readiness updates for upcoming changes, and a look back on changes previously implemented to assess adoption

• Exploration of change needs, current processes/initiative delivery approaches, and post-implementation reviews of previous changes to assess opportunities for improvement

• Document best practices/change standards that should be leveraged across different types of initiatives based on scale of change, impact, and stakeholders involved

• Develop and maintain business relationships across all areas of the bank, vendors, and clients to maximize/optimize change management capabilities.

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of financial services experience or equivalent in a related business sector

• Certified change practitioner qualification is required.

• Versatile team player, comfortable with tight deadlines while support multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong organizational skills with the aptitude to be successful in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on relationship building and collaboration

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; with the ability to elicit responses from stakeholders while keeping them positively engaged

• High degree of knowledge working with the Microsoft suite of products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project)

Nice to have:

• Wealth management experience

• Knowledge of Asana, a collaborative work management platform
