About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Pharmascience. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve net sales objectives and control commercial expenses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including pharmacies, banners, universities, associations, clinics, hospitals, and PMS professional services.
  • Represent Pharmascience at social and sports events, pharmaceutical congresses, and purchasing fairs.
  • Stay up-to-date on new developments in the health sector and understand the company's products and therapeutic classes.
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable department in ensuring customer accounts are up-to-date and intervene as needed.
  • Use sales tools and technology to manage accounts, analyze sales progress, and develop strategic plans to win/keep market share.
  • Work within the framework of the annual promotional budget and develop an annual business plan for the territory.
  • Regularly submit expense reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Requirements
  • Extensive business knowledge and experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze problems and situations effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business results.
  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Availability to travel within the territory (Lanaudière & East Laval).
