We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Pharmascience. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve net sales objectives and control commercial expenses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including pharmacies, banners, universities, associations, clinics, hospitals, and PMS professional services.
- Represent Pharmascience at social and sports events, pharmaceutical congresses, and purchasing fairs.
- Participate in pharmacy training events and programs to stay up-to-date on new developments in the health sector.
- Stay informed about new products and therapeutic classes to effectively communicate with customers.
- Assist the Accounts Receivable department to ensure customer accounts are up-to-date and intervene as needed.
- Use sales tools and technology to manage accounts, analyze sales progress, and develop strategic plans to win/keep market share.
- Develop and work from an annual business plan for the territory, within the framework of the annual promotional budget.
- Responsible for keeping up-to-date a business review of the activities of his territory.
- Regularly submit expense reports and maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Extensive business knowledge and ability to effectively manage projects and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze problems and situations effectively.
- Ability to think innovatively and take calculated risks to promote and implement ideas.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships and understand customer needs.
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Ability to travel within the territory (Lanaudière & East Laval).
