Sales Development Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to represent our leasing and finance division. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to achieve unlimited earnings, operate independently, and significantly influence our customers' experiences.
As a Business Development Manager, you will oversee your designated territory, focusing on building and nurturing relationships within the industry. The ideal candidate will possess a background in truck, trailer, or heavy equipment sales, as well as finance and leasing, and will have established connections in the region.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Achieving sales and profit targets as outlined by management.
- Driving growth and development within your assigned area.
- Actively prospecting and cultivating new customer relationships.
- Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Utilizing customer relationships to assist with collections and repossessions when necessary.
- Keeping accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
- Delivering prompt and professional service to all customers.
- Staying informed about company policies, products, and programs.
- Exhibiting a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Managing travel and entertainment expenses effectively.
- Participating in trade shows and relevant events.
- Traveling approximately 50% of the time within your territory.
- Performing additional duties as required.
- Frequent periods of sitting in an office environment.
- Requires manual dexterity for operating office equipment.
- Effective verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to analyze data and input it accurately into systems.
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Normal hearing and vision capabilities are necessary.
- At least 5 years of sales experience.
- Experience in truck and/or equipment financing.
- Background in finance, truck, or equipment sales.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft applications.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to market changes.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a General Abilities Assessment and background checks.
