About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 14763866 Canada Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
    • Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to ensure that our kitchen is always well-stocked.
  • Kitchen Operations
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Manage kitchen inventory and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards and presented in a visually appealing way.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer feedback and complaints.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve their full potential.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve kitchen staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
