About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 14763866 Canada Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
    • Plan and execute menu items, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Kitchen Operations
    • Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.
    • Ensure that kitchen operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including inventory management, food safety, and sanitation.
  • Staff Training and Development
    • Train and develop kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
    • Provide feedback and coaching to staff to help them improve their performance.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, including prompt and friendly service, and high-quality food and beverages.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
    • Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and cooking.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, including staff supervision and training.
    • Excellent customer service skills, including communication and problem-solving.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
