About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Del Zotto & Son Butcher Shop. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports to management, highlighting sales trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
