Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives, including allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating regional operations.
- Leadership and Management: Foster a culture of excellence, motivate and empower senior staff, and ensure effective communication across departments.
- Financial Management: Establish and maintain financial controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.
- Representation and Negotiation: Represent the company in official functions, negotiate with stakeholders, and ensure the company's interests are represented.
- Work Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
