Talon Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales teams in Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Process Development: Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive outstanding service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Work closely with the Inventory Manager to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory information and to optimize inventory levels.
  • Financial Management: Manage the sales team's budget and ensure that expenses are within budget.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and improve brand awareness.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve their full potential and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the agricultural industry.
  • Skills: Strong sales and leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop and implement sales strategies, and experience with CRM software.
