About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Yuki Sushi. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and mentor our culinary team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring we have the necessary stock to meet our menu demands.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Work Environment

As a member of our culinary team, you will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing high-quality food and excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
