Executive Director, Transportation Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to lead our transportation operations and drive business growth at All Directions Transport.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the management of a team of 11-15 professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure a strong and capable leadership team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as business administration, logistics, or transportation management.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior executive role, with a proven track record of success in transportation operations or logistics management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
- Strong interpersonal awareness and team player skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven expertise in transportation management, including experience with logistics software and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve business objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
