Join Our Team as a Strategic Sales Executive

Transwest is seeking a dedicated Strategic Sales Executive to enhance our leasing and finance division. This role presents a unique opportunity to generate substantial income, operate independently, and make a significant difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and profitability targets as established by the Sales Manager.
  • Oversee the growth and expansion of your designated territory.
  • Continuously identify, qualify, and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
  • Maintain direct and ongoing communication with all clients.
  • Utilize client relationships to support collections and repossession efforts when necessary.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and precise service to all customers.
  • Stay informed about all policies, products, and programs.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Manage travel and entertainment expenses within budget.
  • Participate in trade shows and relevant events as required.
  • Travel approximately 50% of the time within your assigned territory.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent periods of sitting in an office environment.
  • Ability to use office equipment, including computers and telephones.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to analyze data and input it into the system.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Normal hearing and vision capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in truck and/or equipment financing.
  • Background in finance, truck, or equipment sales.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with Microsoft applications.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to market changes.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.
