About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Rubini East West Indian Food. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
    • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors.
    • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Team Support
    • Provide support to our team members, including training, coaching, and mentoring.
    • Develop and implement team-building activities to improve morale and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
