About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Yong Lu Dentistry Professional Corporation. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our dental team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date files.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, including medical histories, treatment plans, and billing information.
  • Office Management: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as electronic scheduling and medical records software.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or healthcare management.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
