Job Description:As an Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. You will manage a variety of administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, facilitate communication, and support our team in meeting business objectives. Your multitasking and prioritization abilities will be crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional support.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain files, documents, and reports as needed.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
