**Job Summary**:

- **Responsibilities**:_
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries_
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed_
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders_
- Oversee and maintain office supplies inventory_
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations_
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements_
- File and maintain documents, both physical and electronic, in an organized manner_
- Assist with training and development of new employees_
- Handle budgeting tasks, such as monitoring expenses and reconciling invoices_
- Ensure phone etiquette is maintained throughout the office_
- **Skills**:_
- Proficiency in phone systems and other office equipment_
- Strong front desk management skills_
- Excellent supervisory and team management abilities_
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal_
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads_
- Experience in file management and record keeping_
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management principles_
- Familiarity with training development techniques_
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as data entry, typing, and scheduling_

Pay: $67,981.58-$72,857.08 per year
