**Role Summary**

The Executive Assistant, is responsible for the processing and administration of wealth/investment and insurance products for the Senior Advisor. The role is fast paced with multiple demands and requires a demonstrated regard for confidentiality, organization, accountability, and an ability to problem solve.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Proactively anticipates the needs of the Advisor in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- A key role in assisting as much as possible within their scope of practice, to provide excellent, direct client service
- Follows up to ensure completion of cases and resolution of errors
- Investigates and solves administrative issues accurately and completely
- Documents practices that meet compliance requirements
- Assists in identifying and coordinating prospective marketing activities and sales opportunities within the client base
- Meets with Advisor regularly to discuss appointments
- Inputs trades
- Assists in data input for financial plans
- Records and tracks all requests, client interactions and file activity
- May perform other administrative duties as required

**Job Specific Knowledge**
- Required: Valid Mutual Funds License (IFC)
- Required: Life License (LLQP)
- Knowledge of compliance rules and regulations
- Minimum 2 years experience in the insurance and finance industry
- Familiarity and experience with Sun Life Financial is an asset but not a requirement

**Salary**: $47,500.00-$70,000.00 per year

- MFDA (required)
