**Duties**:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executive
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and tasks
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Experience in front desk operations and familiarity with phone systems
