Edmonton, Canada MW Biomedical Inspection Services Ltd. Full time

**MW Biomedical Inspection Services Ltd** inspects and certifies medical gas systems and also does periodic maintenance and repairs on medical equipment. We operate in BC, AB & SK, and are expanding our operations to serve our growing geographical coverage areas. Our company requires a **Sales & Administration Manager with Book keeping expertise.**

Reporting to the Director, the Manager will perform sales calls, inventory management, Accreditations/ licensing upkeep, bookkeeping, report compilations and other management duties. This full time position will be based out of our **Edmonton headquarters** and will also require some travel when needed. If you possess the below qualifications/experience and you are mature, honest, reliable, self-motivated and trust worthy, this may be an ideal position for you.
- **You must have **an official degree or diploma from a recognized training facility in an administration/ office management/ project management/ or human resources related program
- **You must have** credentials and experience in bookkeeping (Quickbooks), CRA auditing, and working with a CPA
- **You must have **work or management experience relating to health care infrastructure, construction, medical equipment inspections or closely related field
- **You must have **sales and customer relations experience
- **You must have **experience with government contracts, large private facility or non-profit organization contracts, and regulatory accreditations

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable & adaptable to working alone
- Mechanical aptitude combined with positive attitude are necessary
- Good people skills are important
- Must be able to follow procedures and be detail oriented
- Ability to use a computer and full suite of standard Microsoft office software, including device specific software
- Must be self motivated/ self disciplined
- Must have a valid driver's license and your own vehicle

**Job Duties**:

- Procure/ receive/ ship parts for medical devices
- Create/ send invoices and maintain bookkeeping on a daily basis
- Compile job reports and complete record keeping responsibilities
- Maintain inspection equipment calibration certificates and necessary licenses
- Solicit/ procure new clients
- Maintain the daily scheduler for 7-8 employees
- Receive and place calls to clientele for service call bookings
- Work with management team to develop & maintain device management and service equipment programs (shared)
- Travel occasionally when necessary
