The purpose of this job description is to define the role, responsibilities, education, experience, and competencies of the person fulfilling the role of Bookkeeper within the TLA Group of Holding Companies Inc. organization.

We leverage our expertise in property development to manage a project on behalf of a third party who wants to invest in real estate development. On behalf of our clients, Gray Crown Developments guides a development project through all stages, from conception, due diligence, and the regulatory phase through to marketing and sales.

**Position Purpose**

The Bookkeeper provides immediate support to the leadership of TLA, and works directly with the project management team of the corporation. The purpose of this role is to provide organization and structure to TLA’s financial systems. The daily maintenance of these systems is crucial for financial decision making.

**Position Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Work directly with Director of Projects for invoice management and verification needs
- Engage with vendors and clients
- ITC management
- Assistance in the creation of financial statements as required
- Payroll administration
- Manage accounts payable
- Manage accounts receivable
- Manage all project bank accounts
- Provide financial reporting and updates
- Maintain all corporate organizational relationships as they pertain to finance
- Provide historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of financial records
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office financial systems
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required

- Proven Bookkeeping and payroll experience

**Pay and Compensation**
- Salary range of $45,000-$55,000 per year
- Annual Bonus will be issued dependent upon the corporation’s annual net revenue and will be a maximum of 25% of the employee’s annual salary
