**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper and Administrative/HR Assistant. This multifaceted role will be responsible for managing financial records, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting our Human Resources department.

**Responsibilities**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.

Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.

Support the HR department with recruitment efforts, employee onboarding, and maintaining personnel records.

Assist with employee benefits administration and HR compliance activities.

Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Proven experience working as a bookkeeper, administrative assistant, or HR assistant.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
