As a Facebook Lead Generation Media Buyer, you will be responsible for developing, managing and optimizing Facebook Lead Generation Campaigns for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and develop effective advertising strategies to achieve them. You will also collaborate with our creative team to produce engaging ad content that resonates with our target audience. This role requires a strong understanding of Facebook advertising best practices, analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement Facebook advertising strategies that align with client business objectivesManage and optimize Facebook Lead Generation Ad Campaigns to ensure maximum ROIConduct audience research and create targeted ad campaignsCollaborate with creative team to produce engaging ad contentMonitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisionsStay up-to-date with Facebook advertising best practices and changes in the platform's algorithmsCommunicate regularly with clients to provide campaign updates and performance reportsRequirements:2+ years of experience in Facebook advertisingStrong understanding of Facebook advertising best practices and algorithmsExperience managing Lead Generation Ad Campaigns on MetaStrong attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently AND as part of a teamProficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant advertising toolsPreferred Qualifications:Facebook Blueprint certificationExperience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimizationKnowledge of other digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads or LinkedIn AdsExperience working with home-service based businesses (i.e. Painters).We offer a competitive salary and if you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, we would love to hear from you
