Lead Generation Specialist

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Conduct research to identify potential leads within target markets.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with company offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead conversion.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead generation process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to enhance lead generation efforts.
**Skills**
- Strong understanding of technology sales and telemarketing techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Proven ability in business development and lead qualification processes.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
