**Permanent employment - 16 hour (2 days) or 32 hours (4 days) per week.**

**The applicant must be available weekday mornings and afternoons.**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Empowerment**: Handle patient bookings with a warm and welcoming spirit.

- **Inventory Integrity**: Oversee our natural medicine pharmacy's stock, ensuring our patients have access to the best.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience Excellence**: Bring at least two years of office experience to the table.
- **Tech Savvy**: Show proficiency in MS Office, with bonus points for Sage 50, Windows, and macOS knowledge.
