**Job description**
We are seeking an Office & Marketing Administrator to become an integral part of our team You will be responsible for general office administration and online/social media communications in a fun and fast-paced environment related to hot tubs and outdoor furniture.
**Responsibilities**:
- Building and maintaining spreadsheets
- Administering warranty claims
- Maintaining and updating website through WordPress and Shopify
- Online lead follow ups
- Creating posters and display materials
- Coordinate with social media provider
- Copying, filing and general office duties
- Sales of hot tubs, outdoor furniture, and bbq's
- Water testing and chemical sales
- Help build online sales
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with point of sales software is an asset
- Previous experience in social media marketing is an asset
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Experience with Shopify and Wordpress is an asset
- Experience with Word and Excel is an asset
- Experience with hot tubs and chemicals is an asset
- Great customer relations

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
