**Permanent employment - 16 to 32 hours per week.**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Empowerment**: Handle patient bookings with a warm and welcoming spirit.
- **Data Dynamo**: Excel in data entry, computer tasks, and keeping our digital world organized.
- **Inventory Integrity**: Oversee our natural medicine pharmacy's stock, ensuring our patients have access to the best.
- **Financial Fluency**: Manage accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and attention to detail.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience Excellence**: Bring at least two years of office experience to the table.
- **Tech Savvy**: Show proficiency in MS Office, with bonus points for Sage 50, Windows, and macOS knowledge.
