**Administrative Assistant**
EHT Group is a unique company operating in the oil, gas, chemical and mining industries and developing a proprietary software solution to visualize and leverage electrical heat trace data designed to bring new thinking to electrical heat trace management and support. EHT Group has over 15 years of electrical heat trace experience and is one of the first companies in Canada to use AI and machine learning, dedicated to exploring and improving electrical heat trace systems.

EHT Group is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the leadership team in our Kitchener office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review and enter timesheets into company accounting system
- Review of safety documentation to ensure legislative compliance
- Coordinating travel arrangements: including flights, hotel/camps and car rentals
- Generating weekly and monthly safety reporting
- Review employee safety training certifications and schedule training where applicable
- Ordering project materials, promotional products and office supplies
- Assist with event planning including quarterly team building events and annual Christmas party
- Other general administrative tasks for leadership team as required
**Skills**:
- Post secondary education in business or office administration or related field
- Previous experience working in an office environment would be considered an asset
- Ability to learn and be adaptable to changing priorities
- Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude in a team environment.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, employees, and clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Suite
- Valid drivers license with a clean record
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
