**Job description**

Celebrating our 30th year of business, Jake, Connor & Crew is the world's largest direct manufacturer of containers for the document protection industry. We require a permanent full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Administration Department. This role can be tailored for permanent part-time, contingent on meeting established Company objectives. The Administrative Assistant performs work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail and quality.

Job Summary:
This role is a hybrid position and provides administrative support to the Company, while providing our customers with exceptional client care services. Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Administrative Assistant divides time and responsibilities based on administrative requirements. This position will require the skills and willingness to handle the over flow of various business units. The Administrative Assistant requires mínimal supervision, and three months of on the job training.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize work
- Must have an exceptional customer service background preferably in Sales, Accounting and/or Manufacturing
- At least 2 years of proven administration experience
- Above average levels of written and oral communication skills
- High levels of QuickBooks Enterprise experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Account payables and receivables; maintaining payment schedules, weekly and monthly account collections, processing payments, vendor purchase order processing, creating customer invoices, processing packing slips, processing/administration of credit documents from customers, G/L reconciliations, bank reconciliations
- Assist with administration when required regarding daily shipments
- Assist with administration of Company related employee initiatives including, (but not limited to) employee events, maintenance of employee/office areas (non-janitorial) etc.
- Comply with and promote company Health and Safety policies
- Other duties as assigned related to general job description
