  • As an Administrative Assistant at Ontario Inc., you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to office support staff. You will establish priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Your computer and technology skills should include proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint. You should also have a reliable means of transportation and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Your excellent interpersonal skills will serve you well in working with colleagues and communicating orally and in writing.
  • Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and a secondary school graduation certificate. They will be able to work in a team environment and have the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, including payroll administration. You will also participate in a government or community program that supports newcomers and refugees, and assist with their immediate settlement needs.
