About this Role:


We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our EarlyON team in Waterloo Region.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Answer telephone and email inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide KEyON support including data entry and problem-solving.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and archiving.
  • Communicate with clients via email, telephone, and in-person.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as mail sorting, typing correspondence, and report generation.
  • Support group sessions, workshops, and networking meetings.
  • Attend workshops, training sessions, and staff meetings as required.

Requirements:



  • Completion of a Community College Diploma in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field or technical training.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong understanding of the KEyON data entry system.
  • Police Check for Vulnerable Sectors required.
