**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**

The incumbent is a member of HR Operations team. The Administrative Coordinator, HR Operations exemplifies our cultural of creating revolutionary guest experiences and contributes positively toward uniting the team around purpose and fun. The purpose of this role is to support the HR team by handling administrative tasks, processing documents, and assisting with HR programs. This role ensures the efficient execution of HR processes, maintains employee records, and facilitates effective communication.
- Complete administrative tasks in the HRIS system (i.e. resetting login passwords, uploading employee documents, etc).
- Organize online HRIS and in-person compliance learning sessions, including but not limited to conference service bookings and submission of Purchase Orders.
- Assist with HR compliance audits and generating ad hoc HR reports
- Maintain, organize and order supplies, and other office materials
- Shared coverage of the HR front desk answering the phone and general questions from employees and guests
Collect, track and upload seasonal performance reviews in the HRIS system
- **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Human Resources
- HRIS experience; Workday experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, enjoys helping others and demonstrates an interest in helping to make BMR a "FUN" place for internal and external guests
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
