The Employee Services Coordinator Is essential to the success of the entire Blue Mountain team by providing a friendly and helpful experience to our Employees, internal and external partners. The Employee Services Coordinator dispenses a lot of information about the resort and area, a source of critical information for internal employees. This is an opportunity for development of new skills and abilities for front-line staff around the resort.
**Salary Range - $43,000-$46,000**
**Full Time with Health and Dental Benefits**
**WHAT **WILL I BE DOING?**
- Coordinating activities of the Employee Services Team.
- Organizing incoming and outgoing mail relative to Health and Safety.
- Liaising with departments and WSIB as related to workplace claims.
- Coordinating Employee Services Initiatives.
- Answering questions about Employee Services, WSIB or Health and Safety. Understanding the purpose of the employees' visit and connects the employee to the correct professional.
- Completing administrative tasks in collaboration with Leadership. May include regular and ad-hoc reports, database maintenance etc.
- Accurately updating data in various web-based and proprietary systems per SOP; examples of such include purchasing systems, databases, forms submissions
- Providing coordination support to the Employee Services and Safety leadership team to manage the day-to-day operations of Employee Services and Health & Safety; services which can include employee housing, employee HUBs and administration duties related toemployee Safety program(s).
**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Strong Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and other web based platforms as required.
- Strong service, hospitality or Front Desk or related experience or College diploma/University degree
- Enthusiastic, friendly and professional telephone manner
- Detail oriented and able to remain calm under pressure
- Able to handle discreet situations confidently and professionally
- Experience handling money and working within an office environment
- Enthusiasm and passion for delivering great experiences to guests and co-workers
