**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Liaison**: Act as the key contact between members, guests, colleagues, and various departments, facilitating smooth communication and supporting administrative functions.
- **Service Excellence**: Provide exceptional service to guests and internal team members, ensuring timely and effective distribution of information.
- **Support**: Assist front-line staff and other key players with their administrative needs, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- **Organizational Success**: Play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient operations, ensuring daily tasks are completed with precision and care.

**Specific Duties**:

- Deliver front-line services by responding to and corresponding with members and guests.
- Perform various administrative tasks including processing payments.
- Prepare membership badges for annual pick-ups.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents, files, and information, resolving any administrative issues that arise.
- Provide support to the accounting department.
- Coordinate seasonal administrative staff, ensuring the administrative department runs smoothly.
- Answer inquiries and provide information about the club, social events, and on-hill activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support or office management. Bonus if you have experience in accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Jonas Club Software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, shift work, and overtime as required.
- Must be able to work indoors for prolonged periods, with occasional outdoor work on uneven terrain. Ability to grasp, twist, push, and pull with hands as needed.
