The visual merchandiser and inventory coordinator is responsible for the visual merchandising of the retail stores/platforms as well as the logistics, movement and organization of inventory. Working closely with the Retail Buyer, front of house retail operations and the purchasing / receiving team to coordinate the arrival and movement of inventory. By setting the standard for visual merchandising this associate will create standards for product layout, provide training to the front line, and direct/assist store associate with keeping the stores refreshed and inventory full on the floor and in the storage rooms. This position is critical to the success of the retail stores/platforms by ensuring that the stores are presentable, shopable and uniformed.

**Full Time - Flex Year Round**

**Hourly Rate: $19.15/hr**

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Ensures all retail stores/platforms have the correct mix of merchandise in a timely manner; working

directly with purchasing and receiving teams to align with timing and current season inventory on the

floor
- Manages retail stores/platforms to maintain inventory par levels
- Establishes and communicates delivery schedule to locations around the resort
- Develop floor plans and layouts for retail outlet merchandising in applicable locations
- Using data from sell through reports to create strategies to target gaps in sales and utilize this

information to inform merchandising decisions
- Work closely with store managers, vender partners and buyer(s) to create and execute visual

merchandising and assists with the coordination of merchandise lifecycle

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Valid Class G class driver's license and acceptable drivers' abstract
- Previous experience in retail or a warehouse environment an asset
- Able to work alone with mínimal direct leadership
- Retail visual merchandising experience considered an asset
