Providing support to all Sales Managers, the Coordinator, Sales is responsible for providing administrative support for the Sales Managers by coordinating details of site visits, contract preparation, contract revisions, and other support as necessary.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Ensures all leads are transferred to sales team with full information required to create contracts and accounts; ensures no duplicates.
- Creates booking and carry over the pertinent details from the inquiry, ensuring that any attached documents that the client may have included at time of inquiring are carried over and attached to the booking.
- Merges contracts and tidies up format for the sales manager. Sales Manager to review contract and then forward to client; Creates amendments to contracts as needed.
- Send signed agreements to Stacy for countersigning, and then send a copy to client when received back
- Back up contact for when sales manager is out of office for vacation, sick leave or tradeshow travel; is the 'live' person that clients want to speak to in the absence of the sales manager.
- Provide answers, where possible, to assist in keeping the decision process moving forward (such as, communicating room adjustments to group rooms, verifying that additional guestrooms are available, providing contact information for preferred suppliers such as transportation, offsite recreation, village restaurant information, attraction information/pricing, etc.)

**WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?**
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Intermediate or Advanced Level knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software (Excel) and Word Processing software (Word); plus some knowledge of Catering Software (Delphi) & digital signage program(s).
