The Housekeeping Coordinator will assemble and expedite daily task assignments to both internal and external guests and hotel associates. Will support housekeeping, Front desk and maintenance teams with internal call logs, dispatches and POS updates.

This role will maintain Lost and Found, oversee office/lunchroom supplies and stock, assist with purchasing and inventories of housekeeping supplies. Housekeeping Coordinator will play active role in staff events, communication boards and will support ambassadors and supervisors with daily operational needs.

**Year Round-Full Time**

**Wage-18.45/hr.**

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Provide superior customer service to external guests and internal co-workers to ensure a smooth daily operation.
- Maintaining and updating daily operation reports, complete opening task assignments for the Housekeeping Team, using REX (Room Expeditor) or other daily operating planning system, and Property Management System. Closing duties as required.
- General administrative duties: Lost & Found, Hotel Uniform inventory control, and Hotel Purchasing (i.e. Guestroom Collateral, Guest/Office Supplies, Gift Shop, Uniforms, etc.).
- Assist with organizing staff events, activities and initiatives.
- Monitor and control communication devices, daily. Includes, iPods, Radios, other technology associated with daily operations software.

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Experience with hotel property management systems is an asset;
- Previous housekeeping experience an asset;
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong telephone/administrative and customer service experience;
- Strong computer skills and knowledge in MS Office.
