**Responsibilities**
- Greet all customers in-person and over the phone, direct them accordingly and create a positive first impression
- Support the sales staff through various means administratively and with customer service if the sales staff are unavailable
- Support the Service team via warranty administration
**Reception Duties**
- When available, answer all incoming phone calls and direct customers to the correct staff member
- Greet all customers as the first point of contact when they enter the building and direct them accordingly
**Service Administration Duties**
- Preparing and submitting warranty information to the manufacturers for processing
- Calling customers to confirm appointments
**Sales Administration Duties**
- Checking in new units from factory, taking photos, and uploading online
- Running errands (getting licensing, parts, dropping off items, etc.)
- Filling in client info sheets and opening units for customers when the Sales staff are unavailable
