Administrative Assistant/receptionist

Active Orthopedic Solutions in Kingston Ontario is growing again. We need more assistance in the office and are looking for a receptionist who enjoys a fast paced, interactive environment and has professional communication skills. Our boutique Healthcare Clinics provide patients with orthopedic bracing, compression garments, mobility aids & ADL equipment. Our clientele is varied and challenging, sensitivity to cultural, physical and psychological differences paramount.
The position requires a hard working energetic individual to work in a team environment, completing a variety of tasks such as; patient education, reception duties, file management, social media management, inventory control, point of sale operations, ordering/receiving and various clinic operational activities. It will be a unique combination of direct patient involvment, clinic operations and administrative tasks.
Valid drivers licence and CPIC required.
This position is a full time position, post probationary period we offer extended health benefits and paid vacation.
