Receptionist/assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Phone Reception**:
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing a welcoming and courteous experience to callers.
- Determine the purpose of calls and direct them to the relevant departments or individuals within the organization.
- Maintain a detailed and up-to-date directory of company contacts and extensions.
- Provide accurate information to callers regarding company services, hours of operation, and other relevant inquiries.
**Executive Assistance**:
- Act as a trusted assistant to the President of the Company, providing administrative support to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate and manage the President's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as requested by the President.
- Conduct research and gather information to assist the President in decision-making and preparation for meetings.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, board meetings, and executive team gatherings.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and courteous telephone etiquette.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
