Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. The role primarily involves coordinating and managing freight appointments, data entry, and phone-based customer service
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday with occasional weekend overtime required.
- Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (Night)
- Pay $24/Hour
Responsibilities:
- Coordination: Efficiently schedule outbound and inbound freight appointments by liaising with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain shipment data, including tracking numbers, delivery addresses, and other relevant information.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage incoming calls to schedule freight appointments and optimize resource allocation.
- Communication: Clearly communicate shipment information, appointment details, and schedule changes to all stakeholders.
- Logistical Support: Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient freight movement.
- Documentation: Prepare and organize required paperwork, such as bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs documentation.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve appointment conflicts, shipment delays, and other logistical challenges.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of freight appointments, communications, and data. Generate reports as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Verify data accuracy and completeness to ensure operational excellence.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in logistics or transportation industry.
