We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Soni Renovations Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our office operations.

About This Role

This is a permanent full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate can expect to earn approximately $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role and be proficient in English. They will be required to work 30 to 40 hours per week.

Job Description
  • Review and Evaluate New Procedures: Assist in reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and goals.
  • Carry Out Administrative Activities: Perform various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate Office Services: Oversee and coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budgeting and Inventory: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Language: Proficient in English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
