Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at SHAH JI IMMIGRATION. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate meetings, events, and seminars, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Support the HR department in achieving organizational goals, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports.
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to electronic inquiries.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in administration or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
