We are a dynamic organization seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an essential member of our administrative staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also provide administrative support, manage information flow within the team, and perform various tasks such as opening and distributing mail, recording meeting minutes, and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  2. Provide administrative support to the team
  3. Manage information flow within the team
  4. Open and distribute mail
  5. Record and prepare meeting minutes
  6. Schedule appointments
  7. Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  8. Answer electronic enquiries
  9. Compile data and statistics
  10. Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  11. Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations
  12. Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas
  13. Set up and maintain filing systems
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • High school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:

This is an on-site position, requiring regular attendance at our office location.

Salary:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
