About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, including mail distribution, scheduling appointments, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email and correspondence management: Respond to emails, prepare and send correspondence, and maintain accurate records.
  • Scheduling and coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Filing and record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Office supplies and inventory management: Order office supplies and maintain an inventory of stock.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Post-secondary education: A diploma or certificate in a relevant field such as business administration or office management.
  • Administrative experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
