We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at All Link Logistics System Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will assist in organizing and coordinating events, provide administrative support, and perform data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate various events, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Meeting Support: Record and prepare meeting minutes, facilitating effective communication among team members.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and confirm attendance, guaranteeing smooth operations.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and process electronic inquiries with utmost professionalism.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked workspace.
  • Greeting Services: Greet visitors, direct them to relevant areas, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, assemble data, and prepare reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Daily Operations: Plan and direct daily operations, guaranteeing efficient workflow and productivity.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Education: A college certificate or equivalent diploma
  • Experience: Up to 6 months of administrative experience
Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $43,000 - $53,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
