We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ADSEXPERTSCA INC. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

About the Role

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Determine and establish effective office procedures and routines to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and operations.
  • Technology: Maintain and manage digital databases, perform data entry, and utilize MS Office software efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills.
