We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage daily office operations at beBee Professionals in Kingston. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of office activities, supporting staff, and completing administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming correspondence, schedule meetings, and maintain office calendars.
- Organize office supplies, ensure the office is well-organized, and assist with data entry and filing.
- Provide administrative support to staff, including report preparation and other tasks as needed.
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
