Raymond James Ltd. is a leading independent investment dealer seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Kingston Office team. As a key member of our business operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Wealth Manager and contributing to our business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms, and have experience in business development and social media management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules, including coordinating meetings and appointments, and making travel arrangements.
  • Handle emails and correspondence, including managing the lead advisor's email inbox and responding to emails as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule conference calls and video meetings.
  • Handle expenses, including managing expense reports and reconciling company credit card statements.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as drafting documents and presentations, conducting research, and managing projects.
  • Participate in Business Development activities such as researching potential clients and creating targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media accounts, create, and schedule posts, monitor engagement.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in business development and social media management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and social media platforms.
Salary Range

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development, a dynamic work environment, and a comprehensive benefits package.
